Port of Dover Cruise Parking - Ticket Delivery

Once you have completed your purchase your order confirmation will be displayed on screen. Please print this screen as a record of your purchase. You will also be sent confirmation by email.

Your car parking information pack will be posted to you free of charge. Cruise parking customers should receive their pack within 5 working days. However, overseas customers should allow additional time for delivery. The pack will contain your car parking hanger, a welcome letter, a receipt for payment plus a copy of our Terms and Conditions. The hanger should be displayed on your rear-view mirror prior to arriving at the Port.

Within your confirmation you will find reference to your order number. We recommend that you make a note of the order number as, in the event that you should arrive without your parking pack, your order number will enable our staff to provide you with a replacement parking hanger.
