Can I book on the day? We strongly advise all of our customers to pre-book car parking. Although parking may be available on the day it is not guaranteed. If you have not pre-booked, on your arrival at the Cruise Port simply advise staff that you wish to arrange parking and you will be directed to the Car Parking office. (Please note that an additional charge will apply)

What benefits will I get from Pre-booking? The main benefits are that you will have a guaranteed parking space and receive a discount by pre-booking . Pre-booking also means you will not need to worry about buying a ticket on the day as all pre-booked tickets will be sent direct to you.

How far in advance can I book? Currently, we take bookings up to 18 months in advance. i.e. for car parking in January we will start taking bookings in June the previous year. We aim to get our following years prices online as soon as the first holiday operators brochures come out.

Will my car be parked under cover? Although there is an undercover parking area, allocation is handled on a "first come, first served" basis so we cannot guarantee that you will be parked under cover inside the cruise terminal.

How secure are the Car Parks? Our car parks have been awarded national Park Mark security status and regular security patrols of the parking areas take place. The Port of Dover benefits from a dedicated Police Force as well as a team of Traffic Wardens. For added safety and security there are 24-hour security surveillance cameras.

What are the charges for postage and packing? These will be calculated for your individual order at the point of purchase and are based on the weight of your item(s), packaging required and the country of delivery. Charges start from just £1.50.

How long will it take for me to receive my goods? You should normally receive delivery within 5 working days. Deliveries are made by the Royal Mail and do not have to be signed for.

What kind of payment methods can I use? We accept online payment by Credit or Debit Card.
